Cher has hit back at speculation that she and boyfriend Alexander “AE” Edwards have split after he was spotted partying at Coachella without her.
Alexander, 39, was spotted in Indio during the music festival’s opening weekend with several topless blondes.
However, Cher, 78, has denied relationship troubles after photos sparked fans to speculate a split.
A rep for the iconic singer told TMZ that their relationship is still going strong and they are very happy. Alexander, who previously admitted to cheating on ex Amber Rose with 12 women, was at Coachella with his friends and Cher’s absence was not due to any relationship drama, he added.
Cher’s family is said to be unsure what to do about her relationship with Edwards, with insiders claiming their repeated warnings have fallen on deaf ears. Despite Cher and AE having been dating for over two years, those close to her are growing increasingly concerned about their romance.
A source close to Cher's son, Chaz Bono, previously told DailyMail.com that Cher is unable to see AE's "true intentions" despite him displaying "red flag after red flag." The source added that more panic over the relationship was sparked when Cher revealed she was taking steps to change her will to include AE. "She hasn't done so yet, but she is seriously considering it as she claims he is the love of her life," the source noted.
