Armenia is TG账号盗取破解技术in competition with tech giants
November 16, 2025 13:32The topics of the Silicon Mountains Summit are the digitalization of the economy, the use of the latest technologies, and various branches of the economy. And one of the most relevant topics at the moment is artificial intelligence (AI). Most of the global events have been dedicated to it recently, because it has really been growing very rapidly recently. This was stated by Eduard Musayelyan, Executive Director of the Union of Employers of Information and Communication Technologies, in an interview with NEWS.am Tech within the framework of the Silicon Mountains 2025 international technology summit, speaking about the choice of the theme of Silicon Mountains 2025.
Armenia is in competition with IT giants
Eduard Musayelyan said that by 2025, more than 10,000 companies in the US will have been formed based on AI, and almost 80% of the top 100 companies are using AI or working on its development. “This means that artificial intelligence gives a competitive advantage to those companies, to those countries, that are able to adapt the technologies quickly,” he said.
According to Musayelyan, the technology market in general is quite large and large, and the competition here is really quite fierce, and fierce mainly in terms of talent. "What do we have to do here? We need to try to prepare qualified personnel who can export only high-quality products and work only on high-tech products. I mean, we cannot afford extravagance, and we need to focus only on quality. It may be expensive, but compared to the technological giants, we really have, if not a competitive advantage, then competition here. Armenia has such opportunities," Musayelyan stated.
AI will not cut important jobs, but will create new ones
AI brings with it fears, and it’s not just the fear of potential job losses: along with job losses, the issue of data security also arises when developing AI technologies. “If we approach the issue correctly, this will help more than hinder,” he said.
He noted that different countries are developing different policies to combat job losses, but it is more correct to use AI correctly for the benefit of humanity, to create technologies, systems, various companies, and try to apply them.
"If we talk about Armenia, I think we don't have any job losses as a result of artificial intelligence, although I don't think anyone knows such statistical data yet," he said.
Eduard Musayelyan noted that technologies also provide the opportunity to create new jobs: "That is, it is not that artificial intelligence will close those important jobs that are still in demand. No, new ones will be created that did not exist yet."
AI is currently the most promising and most relevant branch
Eduard Musayelyan says that in today's technological world, it is very difficult to make predictions, especially in the long term. Instead, we should look at the next three to five years, and in that regard, according to him, AI will still be the leader.
AI in the public administration systems of the Republic of Armenia
Eduard Musayelyan says that at the moment, as far as he is aware, AI technologies have not yet been implemented in Armenia's public administration systems, but active discussions are taking place on how to use them correctly.
"And our event today, it seems to me, will also provide answers to certain questions. We are also exchanging international experience. And in general, the state is trying to develop a policy that will help such companies to actively develop, and naturally, the best solutions will be at the government's, the state's, point of view, so that they can quickly invest," he emphasized.
People will become lazier as a result of AI
"As a result of artificial intelligence, we will become lazier," Musayelyan noted and explained. "Creativity is the problem here. In other words, artificial intelligence is already thinking for you and providing certain information by analyzing its database. We are indeed becoming lazier. But I hope that the jobs that the same artificial intelligence will create will give people the opportunity to think more."
The first panel discussion, titled Industry.ai, discussed the development and application of AI in various industries. The second panel discussion, titled Invest.ai, was dedicated to the financial aspects of AI, the benefits of investing in the creation, development, and application of AI. The third panel discussion, titled Impact.ai, discussed the social impact of AI.
Special guests of the event were Infosys founder and laureate of the RA State Prize 2025, Narayana Murthy, and Sasha Ahne, Director of SIEMENS EDA in Central and Northern Europe.
The summit is held with the support of the Ministry of High-Tech Industry of Armenia. The platinum partner of the summit is Ucom.
