Louis Vuitton is taking fine dining to the next level with an exclusive culinary collaboration between world-renowned chefs Gaggan Anand and Yosuke Suga.
From May 8 to 10, Bangkok’s Gaggan at Louis Vuitton will host an intimate pop-up dining experience that combines the bold flavors of Anand’s progressive Indian cuisine with the refined precision of Suga’s French-Japanese culinary art, Hypebeast reports.
Anand, whose Bangkok restaurants were recently ranked #1, #31, and #99 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, is known for his genre-defying dishes that fuse molecular gastronomy with Thai and Japanese influences. He will be joined by Chef Suga of Tokyo’s prestigious Sugalabo and SUGALABO V by Louis Vuitton, renowned for his meticulous technique and French culinary roots honed under the tutelage of Joël Robuchon.
This unique gastronomic journey, set in the elegant setting of Louis Vuitton’s Bangkok outpost at Gaysorn Village, embodies the Maison’s commitment to creativity and excellence across all disciplines, from fashion and art to fine dining.
The tasting menu is priced at approximately $430 per guest.
