Preppy label La Martina has joined hands with Welsh designer and bespoke tailor Timothy Everest, MBE, on an AW15 menswear collection inspired by the British sartorial tradition. The range was born from a meeting at Pitti Uomo, and the desire to create a well-tailored collection that is also young and trendy.
“We live in a very interesting time, where the newer generations pay attention to the past and are interested in tradition, but also have a strong relationship with all the latest technologies," says Everest, who was born in 1961 and has a flagship store in Mayfair, London.
The range combines English tailoring with a contemporary flair, mixing clean lines with a wide variety of trendy colours for a modern gentleman. It will be available in La Martina stores in London and Milan.
