Charles Vögele currently operates 200 branches in Germany and employs 1,800 people. From mid-April onwards, the first 44 Vögele branches will be transformed into the Miller & Monroe concept. From July to mid-September 2025, the remaining branches will follow.

The current General Manager of Charles Vögele Germany, Armin Funk will remain at the company and will continue to hold his position. Funk said in a press statement: “I am extremely satisfied with the takeover and the fact that Miller&Monroe's multi-brand concept, which is very successful in the Netherlands, will soon be implemented in Germany as well. This is very good news for our customers as well as for our suppliers and employees.”

In September 2025 Victory and Dreams Holding, formerly known as Vidrea Retail, acquired 72 branches of Charles Vögele in the Netherlands after the Dutch branches of the Swiss retailer went bankrupt in January 2025. Along with the acquisition, the company introduced the new label to the Dutch market.

Miller&Monroe is a new retail chain in the Netherlands and currently operates 72 branches (former Charles Vögele stores). The multi-brand concept offers 20 fashion brands, targeting men and women in the 40-plus age group. In addition to apparel, Miller&Monroe also carries accessories, lifestyle products and home furniture.
