A new edition of Fashion Scout’s SEE (South-East Europe) competition has kicked off to support the best designers working in Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Macedonia.
Now in its third season, the regional fashion project carried out in collaboration with Belgrade Fashion Week and Ljubljana Fashion Week aims to showcase the potential of the fashion industry in the Balkans and the design talent of the area.
A shortlist of 15 emerging designers has presented their collection to an international judging panel and will take part in a joint Fashion Scout SEE catwalk show at Ljubljana Fashion Week this week.
Five industry experts, including Martyn Roberts, Fashion Scout founder; Biljana Poposka-Roberts, special projects manager at Fashion Scout; Lewis Robert Cameron, fashion stylist; Gili Biegun, editor-in-chief at Joys Magazine and Giorgia Cantarini, fashion editor at Vogue.it. Will select a winner.
Following in the footsteps of previous winners Neo Design from Serbia and Price on Request from Croatia, the winner will receive the opportunity to showcase their full collection at the Ones to Watch show during London Fashion Week in September.
