The developer said that over the next four years several brands including Audemars Piguet, Balenciaga, Brunello Cucinelli, Loewe, Saint Laurent, and Van Cleef & Arpels are set to revamp and upgrade their respective boutiques at K11 Musea. Meanwhile, Italian luxury brand Prada is preparing to unveil its inaugural outpost at the mall within the year.

The revamps will effectively double the luxury footprint of those select brands within the cultural mecca, one which set a new single-day footfall record in over summer. Food & beverage and retail sales were also up by nearly 30% and tourists’ sales increased by 10%, according to a press release, giving retailers hope in a city that has struggled to return to its glory days pre-Covid.

“We are excited that many leading luxury brands are expanding at K11 Musea, especially in the context of current Hong Kong retail sector,” said Richard Cheung, executive vice president of K11 Group.

“This is largely the result of the strong performance and very high sales productivity at their current stores at K11 Musea. This reinforces our commitment to the cultural commerce model which benefits both customers and brand partners at the K11 Art and Cultural District.”

Victoria Dockside, where the mall is located, has played host to a series of pop-ups and shows in the past year, including Louis Vuitton’s men’s pre-Fall 2025 show and the Dior Carousel of Christmas Dreams, as luxury brands look to entice shoppers against the backdrop of the city's Victoria Harbour.

K11 Group is a global cultural brand founded in 2008 by entrepreneur, Adrian Cheng. Looking ahead, the group is expected to attain a footprint of 38 projects with an approximate GFA of 3 million square metres in 12 cities across Greater China upon completion.
