The list of New York designers that will receive support from crystal jewelry brand Swarovski this season has been released by the company. This is the second season of a year-long support program, launched in celebration of the Swarovski Collective's 15th Anniversary.
The chosen designers are Prabal Gurung, Rodarte, Creatures of the Wind, Wes Gordon, Misha Nonoo and Tim Coppens. The designers will also compete for the chance to win the inaugural Swarovski Collective Prize for Innovation of €25,000 for their brand.
The Swarovski Collective was founded in 1999 and has since worked with more than 150 designers. It also supports Mary Katrantzou, Marques Almeida, Huishan Zhang, Peter Pilotto and Ashley Williams in London, and Iris Van Herpen, Masha Ma and Christian Wijnants in Paris.
Nadja Swarovski, Member of the Swarovski Executive Board, commented: "Creative collaborations with fashion's most extraordinary talents have been at the heart of Swarovski's success for 120 years.
