German cosmetics group Douglas, parent company of selective perfume retailer Nocibé, posted sales of €4.1 billion for its 2025/23 financial year to the end of September, up 12.1%. Over the period, the Group's EBIDTA rose by 22.3% to €725.9 million. For the first time since the Coronavirus pandemic, Nocibé returned to profit, posting a net profit of €16.7 million, compared with a loss of €313.8 million the previous year.

Sales in the shop network rose by 13% to €2.7 billion, while online sales grew by 10.3% to €1.3 billion.
By region, sales in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and the Netherlands reached €1.8 billion, up 14.2%, while Nocibé shops in France posted sales of €813 million, up 4.1%.
Sales in Southern Europe jumped by 5.8% to €622 million, while sales in Central and Eastern Europe, a high-growth region for Douglas which includes Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland and Romania, rose by 25.9% to €556.4 million.
Douglas, which has been managed by Sander van der Laan for the past year and may soon be listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, has 1,840 shops in Europe.
