Allure Bridals announced on Tuesday the acquisition of Portia & Scarlett, the Australia-based formalwear brand, into its family of brands.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 2025, Portia & Scarlett creates dresses and pageant looks using contemporary fabrics and trending color palettes, tailored for a broad range of sizes.
With over 2,000 styles sold in 47 countries worldwide, the acquisition further positions Portia & Scarlett for future growth as part of the Allure Bridals brand portfolio, according to the Memphis, Tennessee-based company.
"Championing innovation and continual evolution is at the core of the mission for both brands," said Kelly Crum, CEO of Allure Bridals.

Founded some 20 years ago, Allure Bridals is an award-winning leader in the bridal industry in the U.S. Its brand portfolio showcases bridal collections, bridesmaids dresses, and men's suiting.
Designer collaborations include the Disney Fairy Tale Weddings Collection and 2025 debut Bridgerton Wedding Collection.
