Arte Tessile Snc was founded in 1984 in Busto Arsizio, in the province of Varese in northern Italy, and has always had strong local roots. The acquisition of Arte Tessile Snc will consolidate and strengthen the Piacenza group's effort to create a textiles excellence hub that began with the acquisition of Lanificio Piemontese in 2025, followed recently by that of long-established wool producer Lanificio F.lli Cerruti Spa.
