Known for having been described as the “most beautiful little girl in the world” when she was six, Thylane Blondeau, now 17 years old, will launch her fist fashion brand during Paris Fashion Week at the end of the month.
The young model who has walked for Dolce & Gabbana, among other designers, has created a line of mid-range to high-end womenswear under the name Heaven May.
Blondeau has been aided in this venture by Jérôme Basselier, the co-founder and director of Rouje (Jeanne Damas’ successful brand) and of Swildens. Blondeau has chosen a 100-percent-online-sales-route for the brand.

Since February 14, Jérôme Basselier has been the head of the business called Heaven’s Store, located in the centre of Paris.
Blondeau is the daughter of the footballer Patrick Blondeau and the television personality Véronika Loubry. Blondeau worked with a fashion designer to create a collection with the hoodie as the centrepiece. The line will also feature t-shirts, jackets, sets, and fleece and denim trousers to appeal to a wide audience. With over 2.4 million followers on her personal Instagram and over 12,700 on her Heaven May account, the young face of L’Oréal Paris already has a large audience for her brand.

Judging by the images circulating on social media, the brand’s target audience appears to be teenage and girls and young women, who are fans of embroidered tracksuit bottoms and camouflage prints, in short, followers of Blondeau’s personal style.
The young designer confirmed this in a statement: “I dreamt for a long time about launching my own brand but I was too young and my schooling did not allow me to do so. I have created a clothing collection that is my personal style and that I want to wear every day.”
