New York-based consumer brands company Sequential Brands Group, Inc. announced on Thursday that it has signed a new licensing deal for its Joe’s brand with international fragrance manufacturer Bellevue Brands.

Under the agreement, Bellevue will develop, produce and distribute men’s and women’s fragrances for Joe’s, with the premium denim brand’s first foray into perfume set to launch in fall 2025.
The label’s debut fragrance line, consisting of Joe’s Icon Indigo for Him and Joe’s Icon Indigo for Her, will be presented in glass bottles with denim accents that acknowledge the brand’s roots.
The men’s fragrance incorporates notes of Italian mandarin and bourbon accord, while the women’s scent channels fresh bergamot and lily of the valley.
“We’re excited to launch Joe’s into fragrances for the first time. As we expand the brand beyond apparel and accessories into a full lifestyle brand, launching a fragrance line is a natural next step,” explained Karen Castellano, president of Sequential Brands Group’s fashion division, in a release. “Bellevue Brands, Inc. is a great partner whose premium fragrances are produced right here in the United States in their state-of-the-art facility.”
Other brands in Bellevue Brands’ license portfolio include William Rast, Caribbean Joe, Artinian Paris and Elvis Presley. The company currently operates facilities in both the US and France.
The Joe’s fragrance line will be available to purchase in the brand’s retail locations and select department stores, specialty stores and duty-free shops, as well as on the Joe’s e-commerce website.
