Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited (ABFRL), India’s leading fashion house has partnered with French designer Christian Louboutin for the Indian market.
Under the joint venture partnership, Christian Louboutin India's business will now be a new subsidiary of ABFRL where the partners will hold equal stakes.
Commenting on the partnership, Alexis Mourot, Christian Louboutin’s group CEO in a statement said, “We are excited to partner with ABFRL’s team and look forward to working with them to manage and develop the business in India, which is an extremely important market for us.”
