The luxury segment may have had its challenges in recent years but Ferrari Group has seen its strongest sales in half a century. And no, it’s not the carmaker, but a UK-based shipping firm that specialises in getting jewellery and luxury goods to where they need to be globally.

The British firm has filed its accounts for 2025 at Companies House and they showed its investments in recent periods starting to benefit its global operations.

The company was originally established in Italy as a customs broker and forwarding company, but today is a global network that has its HQ in London. Its clients include global luxury brands, high-end watchmakers, jewellery manufacturers and distributors, diamond dealers, precious stones producers and private clients.

Reporting in euros, it said its revenue rose 7.3% in 2025 to €333m (£282m) in 2025. That was a record figure for the company, despite the issues the luxury sector had to deal with last year.

EBITDA rose 26.1% to €86.7 million and EBIT was up 23.9% at almost €73 million. Net income for the year Rose 17.1% to just under €57 million.

That was despite higher shipping and personnel costs.

Ferrari is one of those discreet businesses that many people will never have heard of but in the world of high-end goods it’s a major player. And as well as straightforward shipping, it offers service like its VIP option for shoppers who are non-EU residents. Shoppers pay only the VAT-off price and leave their shopping in the boutique. Ferrari “collects, insures and safeguards the goods” and on the day of departure from the EU, it meets the buyer at the airport, delivers the goods and assists in final customs formalities.

The company has been investing heavily in its international operations and this meant it was able to significantly increase its presence in market such as Germany, the Netherlands, Canada and South Korea throughout the year. And its new branch in Botswana’s capital Gaborone gave it easy access to the country’s Diamond Bourse “as well as key players” in the precious gems sector.

2025 particularly good for the company because the supply chain issues that were a hangover from the pandemic finally eased.

And the company expects 2025 to be another good year, even though the geopolitical backdrop of the world isn't necessarily conducive to smooth trading. Its assumptions are based on the performance of the jewellery and watch segment and on it sales trends in the first few months of the year.
