AARC’s No Ordinary Designer Label Limited, the UK and Europe retail and e-commerce operator of the Ted Baker brand, has secured the funding it needed to provide the label with a “platform for growth”.

The long-term secured asset-based facility comes from specialist lender Secure Trust Bank Commercial Finance.
It follows news last month that Authentic Brands, the owner of the Ted Baker brand, had made a short-term loan to Netherlands-based AARC after it struggled to raise funding.
Authentic bought Ted Baker last year for £211 million and quickly began outsourcing its operations globally to a variety of different companies under license, including to AARC.
It should now mean that work to continue strengthening Ted Baker’s retail presence in the UK can continue.
No Ordinary Designer Label Limited and AARC Group CEO Carlos Radulovitch said: “After securing the licence to Ted Baker operations in the UK & Europe, we’re focused on revitalising the business to its full potential and we are pleased to have secured a partnership with retail specialists Secure Trust and Modella to join us on this journey to growth.
