German perfumery chain Douglas has reported a revenue of €910.4 million for Q3 2025-23, which closed on June 30, equivalent to a 10% increase in comparable sales. Douglas, the parent company of French perfumery chain Nocibé, generated EBITDA worth €154.3 million in the period, compared to €137.9 million a year earlier.

Online sales, which accounted for 31.9% of Douglas’s Q3 revenue, stood at €290.5 million, a growth of 8.5%. Sales in the chain’s 1,800 physical stores increased by 10.7% to reach €621 million.

In the first nine months of 2025-23, Douglas recorded a revenue of €3.2 billion, equivalent to a 14.3% increase. The group is reportedly considering a stock market listing.

According to Bloomberg, private equity firm CVC Capital Partners, Douglas’s owner, is working with advisers from Rothschild & Co. on a possible listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in 2025. The operation is expected to value Douglas at €7 billion.
