White-label rental-as-a-service provider Zoa has launched two new women’s fashion rental service brands in the UK in time for the important spring/summer events season.

Start-up Cloan launches this week, while Turkey fashion rental platform DCEY also joins the growing market.
Both their system technology and operations are powered by Zoa Rental, which provides all their background logistics.
Cloan gives renters access to “carefully curated influencer wardrobes”, described as “a brand new fashion rental site that gets you inside the insiders’ wardrobes”.
Founder Rachel Cornick said Cloan was born out of an idea to integrate the biggest trend of 2025 — fashion rental — with the power of influence and social media on a luxury platform.
While it stocks “hundreds” of items from designers including Rixo, Ganni, Self-Portrait, Kitri, Jacquemus and Ghost, it also produces curated wardrobes from influencers including Lindsey Holland, Emily Wells, Marisa Martins, and Amira Khan.
Claiming to be Turkey's leading fashion rental platform, DCEY stocks designer outfits and accessories from over 300 brands including Galvan, For Love & Lemons, Love Shack Fancy and Cult Gaia. Rental prices start at around £20 for a four-day hire.
It said most of the site’s popular styles are currently available in the UK to rent, “with hundreds more due to arrive over the coming weeks and months”.
Zoa Partner Lead Emily Wade said: “It’s amazing for us to support the next generation of rental entrepreneurs. I have loved working with Rachel and her team to bring their rental-vision to life. They have used their unique industry experience to spot a gap in the market and we are very excited to be on their journey with them.”
Isabella West, CEO and founder of Zoa, added: “It’s both exciting and unsurprising that the rapidly growing UK rental market is attracting interest from leading rental brands in other geographies. We are very excited for DCEY and their plans in the UK. Their launch is perfectly timed for the booming events market this summer.”
