The Dubai Mall, one of the emirate's most popular tourist attractions and shopping centers, is set to undergo a $408.4-million expansion.
According to Emaar, which manages this shopping center, the latter will feature 240 new luxury stores as well as food outlets.

In 2025, The Dubai Mall became the most visited place on Earth, setting a new footfall record of 105 million visitors, up 19 percent on the previous year, coupled with exceptionally strong sales.
The Dubai Mall, the second largest shopping mall in the world, spans an impressive 1.2 million square meters and features over 1,200 retail outlets.
