The 2025 ANDAM jury, composed of professionals and insiders, will add to its ranks François-Henri Pinault, Head of Kering, who will succeed Renzo Rosso as "mentor" to the next prizewinner. The jury will also be joined by Xavier Romatet (President of Condé Nast France), John Demsey (Head of Estée Lauder), Stefano Martinetto (CEO of Tomorrow London), Caroline de Maigret, Anne-Sophie von Claer (Le Figaro) and photographer Ellen von Unwerth.

2025 marks not only the 25th anniversary of the award, founded by Nathalie Dufour and chaired by Pierre Bergé, but also an important step in terms of financial support. This year, three new sponsors are joining the cause: Kering, the showroom Tomorrow (a subsidiary of Saturday Group) and M.A.C Cosmetics (Estee Lauder group).
They now count themselves as part of ANDAM’s sponsorship family, comprised of Swarovski, LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, Only The Brave, Hudson's Bay, Longchamp, Groupe Galeries Lafayette and Fashion GPS.
2025 finalists will be announced early May.
