Nike’s lawsuit against three former designers who left to work at Adidas will not go to trial.
The US group sued the designers Dekovic Denis, Marc Dolce and Mark Miner in late 2025 for violating their non-compete clause by moving over to Adidas. The three designers were chosen as the figureheads of Adidas’ new studio in Brooklyn.
The designers’ attorney recently explained that a confidential settlement had been reached between the dispute’s protagonists.
