Luxury fashion retailer Mytheresa and lifestyle brand Flamingo Estate are teaming up once again to host a seasonal pop-up in East Hampton, opening on Friday.

Dubbed the 'Summer Railroad Racetrack' and located across from the East Hampton railway station, the pop-up store pays homage to its location's history, integrating racetrack motifs into its decor. The centerpiece is a miniature racetrack garden featuring race cars surrounded by Mytheresa products. Shoppers can also enjoy custom-fabricated arena seating, a game room with racing video games, and a VIP lounge.
Mytheresa's curated selection will include exclusive pieces from brands such as Toteme, Khaite, Valentino, Etro, Dries Van Noten, and Missoni. Meanwhile, Flamingo Estate will host its "Inconvenience Store" within the pop-up, offering a curated selection of apothecary and pantry products.
"Returning to East Hampton with a physical experiential store, together with Flamingo Estate, felt like the perfect moment to further bring this wonderful partnership to life,” said Heather Kaminetsky, president of North America for Mytheresa.
“We create a community for luxury enthusiasts and bring our customers another creative and truly luxury immersive shopping experience - one that allows us to surprise and delight our customers throughout the summer and to bring our curated offering to them in a more physical way.”
Beyond the retail experience, the Summer Railroad Racetrack pop-up will offer daily programming such as special product customization sessions with brands like Etro, Missoni, and Savette. Attendees can also enjoy energy readings with a healer, cocktail events, and opportunities to meet and shop with their favorite designers.
This year, luxury car brand Porsche joins the event as an official sponsor. Porsche will showcase its new all-electric SUV, the Macan, and offer test drives in its all-electric sedan, the Taycan.
"We're thrilled to return to the Hamptons with Mytheresa. They've been such an incredible partner, and we're delighted to bring back all the magic of last summer,” added Richard Christiansen, founder and creative director of Flamingo Estate.
“We’ll be back at the same location in the heart of East Hampton, but everything else is all new, with plenty of surprises in store all summer.”
The pop-up follows a successful partnership in 2025, which included a holiday pop-up experience on the West Coast, and a previous summer pop-up shop in East Hampton.
