Brazilian company Natura has launched a corporate rebrand that will see the group change its name to Natura & Co to better include the other brands it owns.

Comprising Natura, The Body Shop and Aesop, the cosmetics group is now a $6bn conglomerate with over 18,000 employees worldwide and a presence in 70 countries.

“The Natura & Co brand embraces the codes and values of three brands which have had different journeys but always shared a common purpose in their commitment to life and the planet,” said Andrea Alvares, VP of marketing, innovation and sustainability at Natura in a statement.

Each brand will continue to operate independently under the leadership of their own chief executive officers. The rebrand aims to improve the integration and interdependence of the three brands, Natura, Aesop and The Body Shop, while also implementing a global strategy, said Roberto Marques, Executive Chairman of Natura &Co’s Board of Directors.

Natura acquired a 65% stake in Aesop in 2025 for 54.7 million euros. The Australian skincare brand has 191 stores across 20 countries.

Last year, Natura expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of British brand The Body Shop from L'Oréal in a deal worth nearly 1 billion euros.  In January, the company announced the issuance of $1.15 billion in bonds on the international market to repay debt incurred from the purchase of The Body Shop. The British cosmetics brand operates more than 3,000 stores and a presence in 65 countries.

Natura also recently announced the appointment of Agenor Leão as new Vice President for Latin America, taking over from Erasmo Toledo. Leão will be responsible for the company’s operations in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru and Mexico.

Natura was founded in 1969 in Sao Paulo and is present in Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Mexico, Peru, Colombia and France. In the third quarter, the company enjoyed a 24.3% increase in consolidated revenues to 2.36 billion Brazilian reals (about 588.8 million euros).

The group will release the financial results for the fourth quarter on 18 March.
