Registration for “The Brush Contest”, the brand’s first-ever global makeup artist contest, is open from now until 15 February.
Professional and amateurs alike are invited to submit their application for a chance to become L'Oréal Paris’s next makeup designer.

It’s a first for the world of beauty. L'Oréal Paris is launching the international makeup contest in eleven countries to find the best artist to join its team of makeup artists.
While open to professionals, the competition won’t neglect amateurs. The only requirements for participation are to be 18 or older and to be passionate about makeup.
Professionals, amateurs, bloggers, vloggers and Youtubers can now register at thebrushcontest.com, or via the L'Oréal Paris France Youtube channel, under "The Brush Contest" section. Just send a 3-minute video tutorial video presenting a complete look based on the theme "Color Clash".
Some fifty videos will be chosen by February 18, by which time fans can start voting for their favorite look.
A jury composed of Isabelle Guyony-Hovasse, CEO of L'Oréal Paris France; beauty Youtuber Enjoy Phoenix; and Karim Rahman, makeup expert at L'Oréal Paris, will then choose the winner during a final held on March 12.
The final stage of the competition: the international final, to be held in Paris on May 1, will bring together the winners of each participating country. Hosted by Eva Longoria, the final will be an opportunity for candidates to make up some of the L'Oréal Paris spokespeople, including Karlie Kloss, Doutzen Kroes or Lara Stone.
The winner of "The Brush Contest" will be awarded a year-long professional contract as an expert makeup artist for L'Oreal Paris. He or she will also join the brand's teams at the Cannes Film Festival.
