Lamb cooked with rice and spices, served with Arabic salad and yogurt. And we finished it all off with dessert Leqaimat —small donuts fried in vegetable oil, and drizzled with sugar syrup and fried sesame seeds.
Absolutely not cloying, moderately sweet, light and airy. And be sure to try the cold hibiscus tea—refreshing, but with a slight sourness.
