Kering entend aider de jeunes talents à éclore. C’est ce qui l’avait déjà conduit à piloter Kering wants to spur the blossoming of young talent. Such a motivation had already led the luxury group to sponsor an annual competition in partnership with Parsons The New School of Design, Empowering Imagination, aimed at students of the New York school.
Now Kering has announced a collaboration with Vogue Italia, the founder of the 2009 initiative known as Vogue Talents that offers internships in the fashion industry to young creatives.

The new project's goal is to help young people gain a foothold in the sector. Vogue Italia will publish internship announcements for Kering's luxury brands and help select candidates for eight of the group's labels: Gucci, Bottega Veneta, Brioni, Sergio Rossi, Boucheron, Girard-Perregaux, JeanRichard and Pomellato.
Based in Switzerland, Italy and France, these paid internships will be governed by contracts based on local laws, explained the two program sponsors. The two organizations said a total of 23 internships will be offered in the following departments: style and creative, product development, marketing / communications, public relations, visual merchandising, merchandising and digital.
The list of internships will be published on September 20 on www.vogue.it. Candidates of all nationalities will have until November 30 to submit their project and resume and a 30-second video presentation. Kering staff and the brands themselves will select a short list of candidates who will then be invited to an interview. Those who make the final cut will join one of the Kering brands starting in January 2025.
