Major central London retail location Carnaby Street is continuing its 'Carnaby in Colour' campaign programme of immersive experiences next month, partnering with international artist Kris Andrew Small.

Presented by its owner/operator Shaftesbury Capital, it’s called ‘Be Human’ and aims to “encourage visitors to experience life in all its colours and potential” within an eye-catching pop-up space at 57 Carnaby Street from 29 August–27 September.

It will feature bright floor-to-ceiling wrap-around artwork in addition to offering limited edition prints and apparel for sale.

Throughout September the space will be host to a range of experiences and workshops including screen printing with People of Print, Live LDN Painting and a panel talk.

Andrew Price, Executive Director at Shaftesbury Capital said: “This is the latest in a series of one-off experiences for visitors and the local community that can’t be found elsewhere in London.

“London is one of the most diverse cities on the planet and Carnaby Street is right at the centre of that, making it the perfect location for this installation. The 'Carnaby in Colour' campaign aligns with my artwork as it celebrates everything to do with colour and inclusivity in the area, which also helped to inspire my work for this installation.”

It continues the combined summer-inspired shopping and dining activations as part of the wider campaign. Carnaby is a major year-round draw for London visitors and shoppers, but it takes on an added significance during its renowned Christmas installations.
