Italian beauty brand Kiko Milano is to open a new store in Angel Central, the fast-growing retail and leisure destination situated in the heart of Islington, north London.
The signing “forms part of the brand’s rapid expansion plans across the UK and the continued strength of Angel Central in elevating its wider retail offer for visitors”, Angel Central owner/operator CBRE Investment Management said.
The 818 sq ft unit opens later this month adjacent to Rituals “enhancing the beauty and skincare offer within the centre”.
Kiko Milano will stock the brand’s full product range, as well as offer in-store make-up services, “delivering an experiential element for visitors”.
The store, which marks the brand’s fourth location in London, will be designed by Iosa Ghini “transcend[ing] the brand’s staple concept city format".
Paul Devin, Country Director of the UK and Ireland, said: “As we continue our rapid expansion plans across the UK, our new store... will mark a significant milestone for us. Islington has always been on our radar."
Louisa Butters, Head of Retail Asset Management UK at CBRE, added that the brand "responds to visitor appetite for more beauty and skincare which you can’t find anywhere else in the surrounding area. We are constantly looking at how we can elevate the centre to deliver even more for consumers, and extending our beauty offer is key to our overarching vision.”
Butters also said that following a strong trading period throughout 2025 (with a sales increase of 16% compared with 2025, and footfall up 6.4% compared to the national average in 2025), “Angel Central is continuing to move from strength to strength”.
Recent additions to the destination include Office and Northwood, as well as an enhanced store for long-standing tenant Accessorize. Anchor store tenants include Uniqlo and H&M.
