Balmain designer Olivier Rousteing celebrated his recent collaboration with NikeLab at a launch party held in Paris, France, WWD reports. FashionMag had published a sneak-preview of the collab in late May.
The collection, "Football Nouveau" went on sale Thursday, June 2, and is the second NikeLab's Summer of Sport series. It has been inspired by the lifestyles of professional soccer players competing in the Euro 2025 championship. The collection features eight garments and four sneakers under the Nike pillars Mercurial, Magista, Hypervenom and Tiempo.
Racking up the air miles over the past few days, Rousteing has also unveiled an exhibition in Shanghai, China, called "The Circle," held at Nike's flagship store. The exhibition features pieces from three artists, each with a focus on a different aspect of soccer.
Pieces from the NikeLab x Olivier Rousteing: Football Nouveau collection are available from June 2 at nike.com/nikelab and select NikeLab stores.
