Reborn Scottish fashion brand M&Co is relaunching a loyalty membership scheme, calling it M&Co Club, from May.

Initially available just online, it comes with a “new and improved elevated look” and customers signing up for the scheme will receive £5 off their first purchase. Current account holders are automatically signed up and can start collecting points straight away,it noted.
M&Co Club follows the familiar points process with every £1 spent earning customers five points. When 500 points are reached, this can then be transferred into a £5 voucher. “Customers can also continue to earn points to build into bigger rewards through other incentives”, the retailer said. Vouchers are redeemed at checkout, with options to use multiple vouchers at once, or save points for later.
“Exciting new features of the loyalty scheme are already being worked on to give loyal M&Co customers even more rewards”, it added.
It’s been over 12 months since the brand was bought by AK Retail Holdings and while 170 stores were closed before the takeover, relaunching as an online-only brand, the return to physical retail plan is still ongoing.
It said: “We are working hard to make [M&Co Club] available in stores very soon [with] the first store opening on 3 May in Newton Mearns, Scotland.
