The Benetton group has adopted a new governance and organisational structure, creating a limited liability holding company, Benetton S.r.l., whose role is to oversee and coordinate the two subsidiaries operating in the textile and apparel industry: Benetton Group Srl (sales) and Olimpias Group Srl (manufacturing).
