On October 17, Rosso’s private equity firm Red Circle announced in fact the acquisition of a 51% stake in Retrosuperfuture, the Italian eyewear brand founded by Daniel Beckerman in 2007. Rosso, owner of OTB and Diesel, had already put a foot in the door by acquiring a minority stake in Retrosuperfuture in 2025.
