The Safilo Group has reached an agreement for the sale of US retail chain Solistice to Fairway LLC, a company composed of a group of investors active in the US and Europe and operating in eyewear sales.

The sale is expected to be completed within the third quarter of 2025.
The sale of Solstice highlights the group’s commitment to focusing on its wholesale business and represents “a further key step in Safilo’s strategy of recovering a sustainable economic profile,” the group said in a press release.
