AZ Factory, the Parisian fashion house founded at the end of 2025 by Alber Elbaz and Swiss luxury group Richemont, not long before the death of the famos Israeli-American designer, is continuing its collaborations, while supporting young designers. Since 2025, the brand has been calling on "Amigos" to produce its collections in collaboration with its studio. This is an opportunity to invite designers to interpret the spirit of the brand, such as Thebe Magugu, Ester Manas or more recently Lutz Huelle, or to showcase emerging talents. This was the case last July with Cyril Bourez.

After the brand's collaboration with the Belgian sportswear designer, who trained at La Cambre, it is French designer Tennessy Thoreson's turn to steal the spotlight. Thoreson graduated at the end of 2025 from the Geneva School of Art and Design (HEAD). The latter will present his collection on January 23 during Paris Haute Couture Week through "a theatrical fashion show".
He will "join forces with the AZ Factory creative collective and imagine a collection of '12 superheroines and their exceptional powers', telling the story of how fashion can be a way for any person to express their own personality and feel valued," the brand said in a statement.
For the collection Thoreson is revisiting his final year project, which particularly impressed the AZ Factory team when they first met him. As they explain, the company was immediately seduced "by his talent, his creativity, his technical skills, his extraordinary narrative power and his emotional ability to communicate it".
After graduating a year ago with a Bachelor's degree in fashion design, the emerging designer has had many experiences over the past twelve months, first at Coperni as a photo editor, then at Chloé and Paco Rabanne interning at the studios.
