After sharing the news that their label would leave New York Fashion Week to present in California, Rodarte designers Kate and Laura Mulleavy have announced their chosen location for the label's Fall 2025 collection presentation.

"So excited to announce that the FW19 Rodarte runway show will be held at The Huntington Library, Art Collections, and Botanical Gardens in Pasadena," the designers said in an Instagram post.
“We have dreamt of doing a show at The Huntington since we first started designing. Our grandmother and mother introduced us to The Huntington as children and we have been inspired by its beauty ever since. We specifically drew inspiration from the gardens for our Spring 2007 collection and it will be amazing to see the Fall 2025 collection presented in this location."
A collections-based educational and research institution established by Henry E. Huntington, the Huntington's botanical gardens sprawl across approximately 120 acres of the 207-acre grounds, while other areas house a collection of rare books, manuscripts, photographs, maps, paintings, prints, sculpture, and decorative arts.
The location's mix of the natural, intellectual and historic makes it a natural fit for the label that takes equal inspiration from flowers, as it does insect wings and the art of Vincent Van Gogh.
The announcement comes as the notoriously surreal label wraps up its time at the National Museum of Women in the Arts in Washington, D.C., where designs from the fashion house will continue to be on display through February 10.
