Porsche has announced two projects in Bangkok that are set to redefine luxury living and lifestyle in the city, Hypebeast reports.
The German auto giant is expanding its presence in Southeast Asia with the unveiling of Porsche Design Tower Bangkok and the opening of its Curvistan space, a creative and cultural hub created in collaboration with renowned visual artist, photographer, and automotive writer Stefan Bogner.
Porsche Design Tower Bangkok will become a landmark on the city’s skyline, combining cutting-edge design with unrivaled luxury. A collaboration between Porsche Design and Ananda Development, the ultra-luxurious residence will be the first of its kind in Asia and only the third in the world, following its iconic predecessors in Miami and Stuttgart.
Located on Sukhumvit 38 in the thriving Thonglor area, Porsche Design Tower Bangkok will feature 22 exclusive two- and four-level Sky Villas. These residences will range in size from 525 to 1,135 square meters, with each unit featuring private swimming pools, expansive living spaces, and signature “Passion Spaces”—luxury garages directly connected to the residences via private elevators. The concept is aimed at car enthusiasts, allowing them to showcase their favorite cars in a highly personal, private space.
Porsche Design Tower Bangkok is scheduled to begin construction next year, with completion expected by the end of 2028. Even with a price tag of between US$15,000,000 and US$40,000,000 per square meter, the project has already generated considerable interest from enthusiasts.
Like the automaker’s most expensive cars, these residences will be available by application or invitation only.
Porsche Design also unveiled Curvistan, a unique space created in collaboration with Curves Magazine founder Stefan Bogner, which will be a hub for creative and cultural events in Bangkok. Already popular in cities such as Tokyo and Berlin, Curvistan will be a place where automotive culture, art, and design converge.
The space will host a variety of exhibitions, workshops, and events celebrating Porsche’s rich heritage and its ongoing commitment to innovation and design excellence.
It will also provide a platform for local artists and creators to showcase their work, contributing to an active cultural exchange in the city.
