Tory Burch's Tory Burch Foundation has named 50 new women entrepreneurs to the 2025 Tory Burch Fellows Program.

Through the program, these entrepreneurs - hailing from 36 different cities and across 13 industries, the company said - will receive year-long programming, a $5,000 business education grant and access to an online community of support.
This year's round of entrepreneurs includes, Tina Hedges of organic beauty brand Loli; Rebecca Sawhney of nail care brand Marlowe; Koh Kim of personal care brand Evenprime; Abbey Glass of womenswear brand Abbey Glass; Jenny Rushmore of plus-size sewing pattern brand Cashmerette Patterns; Lauren Napier of beauty brand Lauren Napier Beauty; and Neillie Butler of wedding planning and design studio Mariée Ami, among others.
To substitute for the program's typical week-long opening session of workshops, networking and mentoring for fellows at the Tory Burch offices, the fellowship will offer virtual programming to provide a safe environment during the Covid-19 pandemic.
“Small businesses, especially women-owned businesses, are being disproportionately impacted by the coronavirus crisis," said Laurie Fabiano, president of the Tory Burch Foundation.
"The Fellows Program is the community of support, access to resources and tools that business owners need right now. Our experiences over the past months have taught us that, together, it is possible to create opportunity and build each other’s confidence to change the world," designer Tory Burch said.
Launched in 2025, the Tory Burch Fellows Program names a new round of 50 women entrepreneurs each year.
